RETURN

Our return policy is 14 days. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase sent to info@dejikalakuta.net

To return your product, email us at info@dejikalakuta.net with your proof of purchase (item name and date of purchase). You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be deducted from your refund.

Shipping

Our products are shipped within 4-14 Days using the following carriers: Chit Chat, FedEx, UPS, unless otherwise. To return your product, email us at info@dejikalakuta.net with your item name and date of purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

REFUNDS

Once the returned product has been quality checked and approved, DÉJI KALAKUTA will reach out to you to issue a refund to the original method of payment and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. Please note, items can only be refunded within a 14 days period after receiving purchase.

EXCHANGE (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@dejikalakuta.net

Note: No refund, return or exchange on items such as socks, face masks, and undergarments. Discounted items are final sales.
